General Maintenance:
The property owners association will take responsibility for the general maintenance of the mailboxes throughout the neighborhood.
This includes painting, numbering, lid operation, flags, and any other issue that can be considered normal wear and tear.
The board will do its best to survey mailboxes throughout the year, however, if your mailbox is in need of some repair, please let us know at office@associationmanagement.us or call 601.582.3330.
Mailbox Damage:
In the event that an accident should occur and the mailbox is damaged beyond reasonable repair, please let us know at office@associationmanagement.us or call 601.582.3330.
If someone hits your mailbox, make sure to get their name and insurance carrier \ policy number.
As homeowners, you are responsible for filing the insurance claim, getting payments and coordinating the repair. The board of directors can help you through the process if necessary.
